Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction in an inclusion setting, ensuring all students access the curriculum with appropriate accommodations
• Manage a small caseload of middle school students, tailoring educational plans to meet each learners needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and paraprofessionals to design and implement effective lesson plans
• Develop, review, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), maintaining accurate documentation and compliance
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement, independence, and academic growth
