  • Influence Synopsys product strategy by surfacing customer needs and technical insights to our internal teams
  • Reinforce Synopsys’ position as a leader in Digital Engineering and simulation‑driven innovation
  • Support the growth and development of engineering best practices across the customer and internal communities
What You'll Need
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of professional experience in CAE, engineering software, or Digital Engineering environments
  • Significant expertise in simulation workflows, CAE platforms, and simulation data management (SPDM)
  • Proven experience architecting and deploying enterprise‑scale engineering solutions
  • Hands‑on experience with administrative configuration of enterprise systems
  • Working scripting knowledge for customizing desktop applications and enterprise platform logic
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
