Job SummaryMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Planner/Estimator to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. This position is covered by the CBA for Industrial, Technical and Professional Employees Union, OPEIU Local 4873.
*** This position is contingent upon contract award. ***
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Planning and estimating structural, electrical and mechanical projects
- Project Management
- Using RS Means cost estimating software, or other "equal" cost estimating software that is widely recognized within the facilities maintenance and construction industries.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in planning and estimating structural, electrical and mechanical projects in a large or multiple facility with highly complex mechanical, electrical and structural requirements
- Project Management experience.
- Must be skilled in using RS Means cost estimating software, or other "equal" cost estimating software that is widely recognized within the facilities maintenance and construction industries.
