Overview
Workflow Process Coordinator - US, North Carolina - End of Year Contract
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage end-to-end workflow processes across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between engineering, construction, CQV, and operations teams
- Track, log, and drive closure of RFIs (Requests for Information) to support design clarification and field execution
- Support and coordinate PSSR (Pre-Startup Safety Review) activities, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are completed prior to system startup
- Oversee redline management processes, ensuring accurate capture, review, and incorporation into as-built documentation
- Degree preferred
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project environments, preferably on CAPEX or greenfield builds
- Experience working within GMP-regulated environments
- Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Construction, CQV, Quality)
