** This Opportunity:
** We are looking for a client-focused civil engineering project manager interested in joining our talented and growing team! This is an opportunity to manage and deliver complex land development projects for key clients and play a role in the rapid expansion of our presence in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina.
* This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point areas of North Carolina
* Develop, coordinate, and direct land development projects for a variety of clients
* Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion
* Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects
* Present proposals to clients, interviewing for projects, and selecting project teams
* Determine major project design decisions in conjunction with client
** Essential

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other related engineering field of study
* Registered as a Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina
* Experienced with design, construction and management of land development and/or municipal projects
* Demonstrated experience in client management; ability to lead and mentor staff
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Minimum of ten (10) years previous experience
* Previous experience managing land development projects
* Previous experience managing a staff and serving as a technical mentor for junior level staff
* Current affiliation and/or membership with local, state or national Civil Engineering societies and associations
