Manufacturing Engineer
Cullerton Group has an exciting opportunity for an Application Engineer supporting advanced manufacturing and machining technologies used in aerospace and precision manufacturing environments.
Travel up to 50% (typically averages closer to 25%)
Up to $120,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance
This role is a unique blend of Applications Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CAD/CAM Engineering, and Product Development. You'll work directly with customers, support manufacturing process development, optimize machining strategies, conduct demonstrations and testing, and help solve complex engineering challenges involving highly engineered components.
What You'll Do- Develop and optimize manufacturing and machining processes.
- Support machine demonstrations, test cuts, and process validation activities.
- Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot machining and manufacturing challenges.
- Utilize CAD/CAM tools to support process development and manufacturing improvements.
- Conduct technical training for customers and internal teams.
- Support tooling, fixture, and manufacturing strategy development.
- Partner with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to deliver customer solutions.
We are seeking engineers who possess a combination of:
- CAD experience (Solid Works, Creo, NX, Inventor, or similar)
- CAM experience (Mastercam, NX CAM, Hyper Mill, Power Mill, or similar)
- Manufacturing and process engineering knowledge
- CNC machining and/or CNC programming experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-facing or cross-functional engineering experience
