Job Details Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement electrical and instrumentation (E&I) systems to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency.

Interpret and manage Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to ensure optimal system design and operation.

Ensure all E&I systems adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant safety standards.

Develop and manage Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and process control systems, ensuring seamless integration and operation within the manufacturing environment.

Conduct regular system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align E&I systems with overall manufacturing objectives.

Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and other team members.

Continually keep abreast of latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in E&I engineering and incorporate this knowledge into your work.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.

Proven experience with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), National Electrical Code (NEC), and the design of E&I systems.

Solid experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and process control systems.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to E&I engineering.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using computer software and applications relevant to this role.
