The role blends process engineering, mechanical design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience; hands-on CAD design (Solid Works/AutoCAD) and Root Cause Analysis skills are preferred.
