Position: Live Production Manager (Ref: 195191)

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 + Benefits + Relocation Package

The Role

Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a leading sports team who are seeking a Live Production Manager to help deliver best-in-class in-stadium experience. This role plays a critical part in bringing the game-day vision to life through live video production, creative storytelling, and flawless technical execution.

The Live Production Manager will lead live event productions for in-venue video boards, oversee control room operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate fan engagement, branding, and partner integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and brings deep technical expertise alongside strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, strategize, and lead execution of live sporting event productions for in-venue video boards.
  • Call and direct live shows, including directing, technical directing, and operating replay and graphics systems.
  • Conceptualize and support execution of in-venue branding, design, and game presentation elements.
  • Generate innovative ideas to elevate the in-game fan experience and sponsor activation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align production needs, schedules, and creative requirements.
  • Ensure all sponsorship and marketing content is accurately designed, displayed, and executed on video boards.
  • Maintain technical knowledge required to meet league and partner broadcast specifications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and production workflows in real time.
  • Coordinate, supervise, and train full-time staff, part-time staff, interns, and freelancers.
  • Maintain working knowledge of broadcast-related IT and networking concepts, including IP management and onboarding new devices.
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in live event and broadcast production.
  • Proficiency with Ross Video production equipment (including Xpression CG and Carbonite switchers).
  • Experience with Click Effects Crossfire and Blaze.
  • Experience with replay systems such as 3

    Play, Grass Valley K2 Dyno, or Evertz Dream Catcher.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required.
