Director of Finance & Accounts would typically be a senior leadership role reporting to the CFO, Managing Director, or Board and overseeing finance across multiple business units including Conductors, Cables, Telecom, Transformer Oils, Lubricants, and international operations. Title: Director – Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: CFO / Managing Director

Managing finance professionals across accounting, taxation, treasury, FP&A, audit, and compliance.

• Lead corporate finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Oversee working capital, cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, SEBI regulations, GST, direct taxation, and internal controls.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business heads to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and investor-related financial requirements.
• Lead ERP and finance transformation initiatives.
• Build and mentor high-performing finance teams.

• CA (mandatory in most cases), MBA Finance preferred.
• 15–20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, electrical equipment, industrial, chemicals, or infrastructure sectors.
• Exposure to listed companies, multi-location operations, exports, and global business.
