- Collect and analyze client financial information to understand their goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.
- Prepare charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids to be used in meetings with clients.
- Input data, prepare financial plans and preliminary recommendations/solutions for Wealth Strategist or Wealth Advisor review and use in client meetings. This would include:
- Monitor asset allocations and rebalance as needed to align with clients’ investment policy statement and overall goals and objectives.
- Review and follow up on operation items such as wires, journals, account openings, charitable requests and other custodian specific items.
- Prepare and review investment portfolio recommendations for prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop comprehensive financial plans that align with clients’ objectives.
- Conduct investment asset class research.
- Compile, enter, and monitor CRM workflows related to client financial planning requests.
- Support the Wealth Planning Team.
- Strong understanding of tax, investments, and estate planning.
- Strong investment research skills.
- Proficient project management and presentation skills.
- Professional business acumen and enhanced communication skills.
- Solid understanding of eMoney for planning software.
- Strong intrinsic motivation, self-starter with strong analytical skills who will work both independently and as part of a high-touch team.

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Ohio. The pay range for this position is $65, USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
