Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in US mortgage servicing domain in transformation programs
- Experience in advisory consulting engagements with proven ability to lead consulting projects and deliver recommendations
- Experience in managing diverse set of stakeholders in banking or financial institutions across business, operations, technology, compliance etc.
- Experience in large scale mortgage servicing platform transformation engagements as a senior business consultant / analyst
- Extensive experience in process analysis, functional analysis, operational process improvement and technology transformation including documentation of process flows, functional capabilities and functional requirements
- Expertise in analyzing complex sets of information, synthesizing information, extracting insights and developing & delivering presentations to C-Suite stakeholders
- Deep Expertise in Mortgage Servicing is a must
- Experience in conducting current state assessments for large programs preferably using a consulting framework
