Relationship Banking Associate

Pay Range

$18.50 - $20.81

• Process routine transactions and associated general customer and account servicing duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, including routine and non‑routine teller transactions, maintaining records, preparing forms & reports, and daily vault balancing.
• Engage in referral and relationship management in accordance with established objectives and goals.
• Provide support for new deposit account opening as required.
• Adhere to security measures and controls to minimize potential losses.
• Identify customer opportunities through interactive and consultative conversations to assess and address the customer’s needs.
• Provide services to customers, including basic deposit account opening and referring customers to appropriate business partners.
• Conduct sales and service calls to existing and potential customers to ensure needs are met and new sales leads are generated.
• Take ownership to resolve customer issues and complaints while delivering a high level of responsiveness.
• Ensure fulfillment and customer satisfaction through direct action and enlist additional support when necessary.
• Participate in community events that support the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
• Perform other duties as assigned and required.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and may not accept sponsorship of an employment visa.
