What You'llDo:

Asour Financial Analyst ,you'llhelp

Finance and

Operationsbetterunderstandbusinessandprojectperformanceandturnfinancialdataintoactionableinformation.

Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

Develop,maintain,and enhance
Power BIdashboards,financialreports,andKPIreporting
Analyzefinancialandoperationalperformancetoidentify
trends,risks,opportunities,andareasrequiringattention
Developreportingandanalysisaround
revenue,gross margin,profitability,jobcosts,labor,andoperationalperformance
Analyzeactualresultsagainst
budgets,forecasts,historical performance,andcompany targets
includinginvestigationofsignificantvariances
Analyze project-levelfinancialperformance,including
jobcosts,profitability,andWorkin

Progress(WIP)
Partner with Operations and Project Managementtounderstandprojectresults ,investigateunusualactivity,andidentifyunderperformingprojectsoremergingtrends
DevelopKPIsandexecutive-levelreportingthatprovideclearvisibilityintocompany,departmental,andprojectperformance
Assist with
budgeting,forecasting,financial modeling,andscenarioanalysis
Analyze labor,materials,subcontractor,andotherproject-relatedcostsandtheirimpactonprofitability
Support
revenue recognition,WIPreporting,month-endfinancialanalysis,andmanagementreporting
Use
PowerBI,Excel,andSage Intacct togather,analyze,organize,andpresentfinancialinformation
Improvetheaccuracy,efficiency,consistency,andautomationoffinancialreportingandanalysis
Workwith Finance and Operationstoimprovedataqualityandreportingprocesses
Supportspecialfinancialanalysisandbusinessinitiativesasneeded

What We'reLooking

Bachelor'sdegreein
Accounting,Finance,Business,Economics,orarelatedfieldpreferred
Minimumof
4yearsofprofessionalfinance,accounting,FP&A,orfinancialanalysisexperience
Strong hands-on
PowerBIexperience
,includingdevelopingandmaintainingdashboards,reports,data visualizations,andfinancialKPIs
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strongunderstandingof
financial statements,revenue,expenses,margins,profitability,andvarianceanalysis
Strongfinancialanalysisandanalyticalproblem-solving skills
Abilitytoworkwithlargeamountsoffinancialandoperationaldataandtranslatefindingsinto
