Imaging Manager

Overview

Imaging Supervisor — Full-Time, Onsite

Location:

Sanford, NC

• Associate’s degree is required in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT Certification in Radiography is required
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical imaging experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred

• Oversee daily operations of the Imaging Department, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care
• Supervise and support imaging technologists, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Perform CT and X-ray exams as needed, maintaining clinical competency and supporting departmental coverage
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other departments to ensure seamless imaging services
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate preventative maintenance and service calls
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in departmental planning and budgeting
