This position will be responsible for managing the BRIUMVI Commercial Co-Pay Program and Free Goods Program. The Manager will be accountable for ensuring that the programs are compliantly providing the highest level of customer service to patients and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a Co-pay Program, experience with buy-and-bill products and specialty pharmacy order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the management and oversight of day-to-day operations of the co-pay and free goods vendors with a focus on operational excellence.
- Oversee and manage case escalations with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Conduct regular site visits to the co-pay and free goods vendor partners.
- Maintain compliant program business rules, SOPs, call scripting, patient-facing resources/correspondence letters and internal/external training needs.
- Represent patient support during the MLR review and approval process.
- Partner with the data and analytics team to regularly review copay and free goods data and facilitate ongoing data reconciliation.
- Facilitate and support program related audits and address audit findings in a consistent and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies and tactics that support the commercial co-pay program and align with the objectives of the brand.
- Conduct regular site visits to the co-pay vendor and participate in ongoing coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Ensure optimal program performance and that all programs, services and performance metrics are in accordance with organizational policies and federal and state laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze program and vendor performance and continuously identify program enhancements. Hold vendors accountable for contractual agreements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively communicate program trends that could require operational changes.
- Partner with the data and analytics team to regularly review the commercial co-pay program offerings and ensure it remains competitive, relevant, while staying within budget.
- Serve as a reimbursement and access expert by developing knowledge of payor trends, federal and state laws and regulations, and evolving healthcare landscape.
- 7+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience with a proven history of increasing responsibilities and accomplishment.
- Previous experience working closely with reimbursement vendors for buy-and-bill products. Strong knowledge of biologics and specialty products.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/initiatives.
- Proactively takes initiatives where project/program gaps are identified.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

- This position requires moderate travel (25-30%).
- BS or BA required.
- 7+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience in MS with a proven history of increasing responsibilities and accomplishments.
