This role oversees approximately $6.3 million in annual food purchasing volume and is responsible for ensuring product availability, cost control, vendor performance, and inventory accuracy within a fast‑paced hospital environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:- Manage all food and non‑food purchasing for the account
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance
- Monitor pricing, cost controls, and budget performance
- Oversee inventory processes including pars, counts, receiving, and storage
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas as needed
- Ensure accurate reporting and alignment with company procurement standards
- Partner with culinary and operations leadership to support daily execution
- Proven experience in food purchasing within a food service environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or contract food service preferred
- Organized, analytical, and comfortable in a hands‑on role
- Proficient in purchasing and inventory systems
