Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support our growing Richmond, VA clinic.

We are seeking team members who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Whether you are experienced, newly certified, or looking to begin a career in ABA, we provide training, supervision, and ongoing clinical support.

• Behavior Technician (BT): $18 – $21 per hour
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $22 – $27 per hour

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Follow behavior and safety support plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in training and supervision

We are currently hiring for schedules within the following hours:

Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Minimum availability required: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
