Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate to fill a position in the Skills, Careers and Workforce Architecture Offering. This role is designed for an entry-level professional who is passionate about workforce skills, career development and talent enablement. The specialist will support initiatives that strengthen employee growth and build skill frameworks that align with organizational goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in the HR/Talent space, with exposure to skills and career programs, learning initiatives, and talent strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing career pathways and skill-building programs.
  • Skills Framework & Analytics
  • Contribute to mapping organizational skills and maintaining skill taxonomies.
  • Career Development Support
  • Support data collection and reporting on workforce skills and career progression.
  • Program Coordination:
    Help organize workshops, mentoring programs, and career development events.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for talent initiatives.
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve skill and career programs.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in HR, Talent Development, Learning & Development, or related areas.
  • Strong interest in career development and workforce skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Experience in organizational change management
  • Domain knowledge
  • Experience in offering/program development and implementation
  • Demonstrates business acumen
  • Competent with technology and tooling (incl GenAI)
