SUMMARY:

The Senior Executive Recruiter is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for senior-level executive positions, including Vice Presidents and above, within the organization. This role involves developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, sourcing and attracting top executive talent, and ensuring seamless and professional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive recruitment, a deep understanding of the industry, and a proven track record of successfully placing senior executives in high-impact roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier executive talent. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and define executive role requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing, Attraction, and Talent Mapping:
    Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging industry contacts, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified executive candidates. Develop and implement talent mapping strategies and plans using Linked In Talent Insights, direct networking, referral leads, and other sourcing strategies for current and future talent needs.
  • Maintain relationships with external top talent at competitors and other targeted companies for current and future talent needs via networking and relationship building internally and externally.
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection:
    Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Lead the interview process, including initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and reference checks.
  • Stakeholder Management and Influencing

    Skills:

    Building Relationships:
    Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders. Act as a strategic partner to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations regarding executive recruitment.
  • Communication:
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and candidate feedback.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for recruitment initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment where stakeholders feel engaged and invested in the recruitment process.
  • Influencing and Negotiation:
    Utilize strong influencing skills to advocate for the best candidates and align stakeholders on hiring decisions. Negotiate offers and compensation packages with candidates, balancing organizational constraints with candidate expectations.
