Benefits Analyst

What You Should Know

As Benefits Analyst, you will assist in the administration of the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits. You will ensure compliance with regulations and assist employees with benefit-related issues. The role is performed on-site in the Corporate Headquarters in Concord, NC and reports to the Benefits Manager.

• -Process enrollments for new employees and manage changes for current employees.
• -Respond to benefits inquiries in a professional and timely manner, provide forms, instructions, and other enrollment materials.
• -Perform data entry activities to maintain accurate records in the benefits administration system.
• -Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• -Assist with responding to employee inquiries and provide appropriate forms for FMLA leave.
• -Manage benefit eligibility and collection of premiums for team members out on leave of absence.
• -Process court ordered medical support notices.
• -Crosstrain and serve as backup to other benefit functions as directed by department management.

• 1-3 years of related Benefits experience
• Understanding of employee benefits.
• Knowledge of FMLA required.
• Knowledge of ADA, COBRA, ACA, AND HIPPA preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and proficiency in verbal and written communication.

• Microsoft Office
• Company computer systems
• UKG HRIS system
