Senior Professional Services Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our Americas East Professional Services team, reporting to the regional Professional Services Manager. In this role, you will work to accelerate customer adoption of our products by implementing our products to achieve customer outcomes and provide technical leadership to our customers. What You’ll

Be a Contributor - What You’ll do

• Understand customer business requirements, pain-points, and be able to translate them into actionable implementation projects.
• Work closely with customers and other Infoblox Professional Services team members to meet customer technical and business challenges utilizing Infoblox products (NIOS, Universal
  
  DDI, Infoblox Threat Defense) as quickly as possible.
• Create project technical documentation.
• Ensure projects complete successfully, on time and on budget, achieving project goals with a customer satisfaction score of 95 or above.
• Mentor customers on Infoblox technology as part of project delivery.
• Mentor Infoblox Skilled to Secure partners on Infoblox implementation best practices.
• Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base.
• Establish outstanding relationships, trust, and collaboration with the regional Professional Services, Support, and Sales teams.

Be Prepared - What You Bring

• At least 8 years of professional services delivery and consulting experience;
  Infoblox, Blue Cat, or Palo Alto Networks experience is a plus.
• Experience working in SaaS networking and/or software security is a plus.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management is a plus.
• Experience with Dev Ops tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc. is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, influencing skills, and the ability to present at internal and external meetings.
• A customer-centric mindset, and the willingness to take initiative to do the right thing for the customer.
• Good technical knowledge of security concepts and implementations/products is an added advantage.
• Ability for up to 10% travel.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BA or BS), or equivalent experience.
