• Lead and manage multiple new product and sustaining release projects using project management methodologies
• Develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans that align with business objectives and customer expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment across products
• Create and deliver presentations that provide clear recommendations and justifications to management
• Mentor colleagues on best practices for project management and process design

• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience developing and leading product strategy
• Previous readiness experience highly desired
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills

• Seven or more years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Experience with SaaS/IaaS product release and/or Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services
• Strong leadership and group facilitation skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to manage projects cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
