IT Consultant
Strong understanding of Workday business process frameworks.
Hands-on experience with XSLT, XML, JSON.
Solid knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or Prism Analytics integrations.
Experience with integration monitoring tools and error handling.
Familiarity withidentity management integrations (e.g., Azure AD, Okta).
Experience in enterprise and global implementations.
Lead the design,development, testing, deployment, and support of complex Workday integrations,with a strong emphasis on Workday Studio-based solutions. Buildandmaintainadvanced Workday Studio integrations involving:
- Error handlingframeworks
- Multi-step andconditional integrations
Develop and support integrations using:
- Core Connectors(Worker, Payroll, Benefits, Financials)
- Workday RESTand SOAP APIs
Architectreal-time, near-real-time, and batch integrations between Workday and external systems such as Payroll vendors, Benefits providers, Finance systems, IAMsolutions, and third-party applications.
Create reusable
Studio integration templates and frameworks to improve scalability andmaintainability.
Perform detaileddata mapping, validation, transformation, and enrichment using XML, XSLT, JSON,and Studio components.
Analyze and resolve complex integration issues by reviewing Studio logs, Workdayintegration events, and error messages.
Ensure integrations adhere to Workday security, authentication, encryption, and data privacy standards.
Support Workdaybi-annual releases, assess impact, perform regression testing, and update
Studio integrations as required.
Createandmaintaintechnical documentation, including Studio design documents, interface specifications, mapping documents, and operationalrunbooks.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Workday Integration Developers and Analysts, including those working on Studiointegrations.
- Act as the Workday Studio SME, providingarchitectural guidance and code reviews.
- Own the integration workstream across project sand enhancements, including estimation, planning, and delivery.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and translate them into robust
Studio-based integration designs. - Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regularstatus updates, and present technical solutions to senior leadership.
- Establish and enforce integration developmentstandards, best practices, and governance.
Overseeproduction support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 a year
