Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure project schedules are adhered to as per client specifications, delivering on time and quality for complex or large scale projects.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices, and perform value creation and knowledge management activities.
- Ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussions, and review technical documents.
- Shape overall project strategy, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and track schedule to ensure on‑time delivery per quality standards.
- Work closely with the development team and on‑site engineers to understand technical requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Identify and flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans, and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
