Program Manager Tech

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 2, you will be part of the team supporting the design and operationalization of AI experiences and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Program Manager Tech 2

Fully Remote, preferred East and central time zone

$46/hr to $50/hr on W2

• Design and develop business insights dashboards, portfolio health dashboards, and reporting cadence.
• Build and maintain data ecosystems and technical artifacts to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable metrics and dashboards.
• Establish data quality controls and ensure consistency across reporting sources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and influence decision-making through trusted insights.

• Minimum 2–4 years' experience with Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
• Minimum 2–4 years' experience with SQL or Python.
• Minimum 2–4 years' experience with Program & Portfolio Management (Rhythm of Business Execution).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to design data models and reporting layers across multiple systems and tools.
