System Support Specialist

accel bi corporation is seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to join our team.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity focused on designing, building, and optimizing solutions within the Service Now platform.

We are looking for a hands-on Service Now Developer with strong experience in ITSM modules, workflow automation, and reporting. This role will focus on building scalable solutions, improving operational efficiency, and developing dashboards and analytics to support enterprise IT operations.

, developing workflows, and creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics

• Design, develop, and configure solutions within the Service Now platform
• Build and maintain workflows, forms, catalog items, and automation
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Configure and support ITSM modules including:
  • Request Management
  • Change Management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance
• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and reporting

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience
• Strong experience with Service Now ITSM modules
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Flow Designer
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions
• Experience in healthcare IT or large enterprise environments preferred

• Must hold a valid and active:
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • OR
  • Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
