Work Schedule

Schedule of roughly Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

This position will provide technical support and/or programming to staff, including installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners; diagnosing and solving hardware/software issues; and analyzing underlying issues as necessary. It will also carry out project management of IT systems upgrades, migrations, and organizational changes.

• Associate’s degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Technology Integration, Networking Technology, or related area and one year of experience in the IT field related to the position’s role; or
• Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in the IT field related to the position’s role; or
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, math or engineering, or related technical degree from an accredited institution; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Journey level requires an additional one year of experience.
• Advanced level requires an additional two years of experience.

• Knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP setups for computers and printers.
• Knowledge of audio studio equipment.
• Ability to research issues and projects.
• Experience with standard office software, PC and Mac OS, or hardware.

Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation and negotiate ladders.
