AboutThe Role
We are seeking a highly motivated campus graduate to join our Digital Transformation team of the Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG) unit. In this role you will own and be responsible for designing and optimizing the suite of tools and technologies that enable our ISG business.
The goal of this role is to drive performance transparency and transformation cadence, ensuring our plans and business case are aligned with ISG initiatives. Use technology, especially AI, to improve business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ISG business process and solution design and implementation.
- Drive performance transparency by identifying risks, escalating, de‑bottlenecking issues across projects in a timely manner.
- Define key success metrics and KPIs to measure project cadence and alignment.
- Run transformation BMS with regular meeting cadence.
- Leverage analytics to drive data‑driven decisions, report on performance, and identify areas for further optimization.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and supporting organizations to drive efficient and effective digital experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, gathering feedback and driving projects to completion.
- Communicate progress, risks, and successes to senior leadership and other stakeholders regularly.
- Work closely with Change Management teams to drive adoption of digital tools.
- Ensure that the experiences align with business objectives and enhance user productivity and engagement.
- Stay up to date on infrastructure industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to keep Lenovo’s operation platform cutting‑edge and aligned with user needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Supply Chain is required.
- Experience managing Operation Digital Transformation initiatives for high‑tech product organizations on a global scale.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or AI relevant fields preferred.
- Experienced in defining, managing and delivering large scale complex process management and business change programs.
- Proactive orchestrator with an eye for detail, and leadership ability.
This role is located at our Corporate Office in Morrisville, NC which runs on a 3:2 schedule, 3 days in office and 2 days flex location.
