Position Overview

Business Execution Consultant – RCSA Artifacts Consultant. Physical location:
Charlotte (Uptown or CIC), 3 days a week in office. Duration: 12+ month W2 contract.

• Processor
• Auditor
• Quality Control and Assessment

• Experience in administrations and processing transactions.
• Highly organized and process‑oriented with the ability to handle intense volume.
• Strong ability to follow directions.
• Experience in repetitive process execution, including daily data set pulling.

• SharePoint and basic file management knowledge.
• Ability to learn and use systems for running reports.

• Mortgage
• Auditing
• QA/QC
• Processing
• Customer Intake

• Operational role focused on sourcing artifacts and ensuring compliance with consent order documentation.
• Maintain consistent procedural documents and source artifacts as outlined in written procedures.
• Ensure all packages contain identical files and comply with required standards.

• The position is not strategic; it focuses on procedure compliance and source artifacts.
• Work will follow documented procedures for sourcing and managing artifacts.
