Overview
Onboarding Client API Support Roles Contract (long term but could convert permanent) Candidates will be required to be onsite all 5 days. Once trained and performance is satisfactory the candidate will have the ability to be in office for a hybrid schedule. Serves as a fully seasoned, proficient, and technical point of contact for Client Onboarding. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables.
Acts as liaison between the business unit, clients, and vendors. Utilizes complex applications, systems, and often new technologies. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities, typically as an individual contributor. Often provides oversight and guidance to more junior business and systems analysts. IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
- Assist Payment Origination clients in readying their computer applications and business processes and provide guidance to clients during the EDI implementation process.
- Manage multiple new and maintenance requests simultaneously.
- Onboard new clients to the API Services Group, working closely with clients and having excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Open tickets, research issues that arise during the onboarding phase, and solve those issues.
- Utilize analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge of API, JSON Messages, Treasury concepts (difference between ACH and Wire Transfer), Ansi X12 or XML.
- Complete a 6‑month learning process while being onsite five days per week, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid schedule later.

Entry level. IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
