The NC Department of Transportation seeks an Electronics Technician III to service traffic signal control equipment and ITS devices across the state, diagnosing hardware faults, replacing components, and reprogramming firmware. You will upgrade and test gear to ensure safe operation and may assess equipment for compliance with specifications.
Proficiency with Linux, networking basics, and Tera Term is preferred, along with the ability to traverse rough roadside terrain during statewide travel;
