Learning & Development Support Contractor
The Learning & Development (L&D) Support Contractor would supplement the Concord site L&D Team and is responsible for supporting the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions for the Concord, NC manufacturing site. The L&D Associate will partner with Lilly Concord L&D associates to perform Service Now requests, manage functional area Training Matrices, support training material creation and revision, and assist with the management of requests received via the team email address.
Global initiatives and implementations (QMS i3 standardization; ObserveIQ Digital OJT; Learning Plan streamlining efforts, curricula architecture initiatives) Maintaining steady support of Lilly Concord site initiatives and site manufacturing milestones. Ensure uninterrupted support of Lilly Concord manufacturing.
