Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry. This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications.
The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
Computerized Maintenance Management System/ CMMS (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Oracle eAM) Integration Manager to lead the configuration, standardization, deployment, and continuous improvement of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across multiple manufacturing sites. This role will partner closely with plant maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, IT, and leadership teams to understand site functional requirements, define scalable CMMS configurations, and deploy solutions that support maintenance excellence and operational efficiency.
The CMMS Integration Manager will own the system roadmap, governance, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization as the organization grows, adds equipment and capacity, and adopts new technologies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Maintenance Management, Industrial Technology, or related field. 3+ years of leadership experience with CMMS / ERP (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Oracle eAM) integrations and industrial data systems administration, configuration, or implementation in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability processes including preventive maintenance, work order management, asset management, and spare parts management.
Experience with enterprise software deployments or multi-site system standardization initiatives. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desired Skills and attributes:
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), TPM, or Lean manufacturing principles. SQL, reporting, or analytics experience. Ability to support multiple sites and coordinate across operational teams.
