- Perform initial issue diagnosis and troubleshooting, provide user support for navigation and system use.
- Work on issue resolution and escalation. Handle incident management system.
- Knowledge base development. Monitor MES layer integration with other systems.
- Monitor system performance. Develop training materials. Able to report metrics.
- Able to handle security administration. Work on system configuration and support.
- Handle problem management.
