Delivery Assurance Leader

We are seeking a talented and experienced Delivery Assurance Leader to join our team in Charlotte NC
. The ideal candidate will manage a team of intermediate or experienced professionals in Materials Planning and SIOP. The role involves executing operational plans for storing and shipping products, responding to complex inquiries, ensuring quality of work, developing inventory control reports and manuals, coordinating with the Stand‑up Delivery Assurance Organization, and providing high‑visibility Operations leadership across the entire Supply Chain workstream.

This site manufactures air‑cooled and water‑cooled products. The Delivery Assurance Leader will work onsite in Charlotte but reports to the WHQ in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Required to travel locally about 20% of the time.

• Responsible for material “Clear to Build” (CTB) for Charlotte facility
• Coordinate with Materials Management, Planning and Purchasing on “On Time Delivery”
• Solve escalation with Suppliers and Sourcing Organization
• Report daily on CTB and critical parts shortages with recovery plan actions
• Lead CTB meetings and assist Planners/Buyers on shortage management and/or resolution
• Help define and implement the “Plan for each Part” (PEP) activities
• Manage a team of experts

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years’ experience in strategic Supply Chain and Materials Management

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management
• MBA or a Master’s degree
• Experience managing and coaching people
• Influence across organizational levels and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• English communication (verbal and written)
