Position OverviewAs a Regional Planning Manager, you will drive a world‑class supply chain experience for Cisco’s largest and most strategic customers. Your role includes establishing governance frameworks, metrics, and standards for planning and fulfillment process optimization; cultivating relationships with customer leadership; translating long‑horizon forecasts and technology transition roadmaps into execution; and partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, and Operations to align operational strategy with business planning.
Key Responsibilities- Establish governance frameworks, metrics, and standards for planning and fulfillment process optimization.
- Maintain deep relationships with customer leadership and translate complex strategy into actionable plans.
- Leverage advanced analytics and business process modeling to provide critical data inputs for demand and supply planning.
- Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, and Operations to align operational strategy with business planning.
- Build organizational capability through collaborative leadership and coaching.
- Shape process improvement strategies, prioritize initiatives, and embed best practices across regions to ensure scalable and consistent execution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); preference for customer‑facing roles and a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) and product lifecycle management processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience orchestrating planning across multiple functions (e.g., Business Units, Sales, Finance) with strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in supply chain project and program management, including inventory management, sourcing strategies, and supply chain financials.
- Strategic Supply Chain Acumen: proven ability to drive supply chain initiatives that deliver business value.
- Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex programs, navigating ambiguity, and driving consensus through high‑level conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global, cross‑functional environment that values diverse perspectives and promotes inclusive teamwork.
- Advanced proficiency in AI, supply chain management tools (e.g., Kinaxis), and complex data analysis.
The starting salary range for this position is $ to $ for U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.
