Summary:

Talent Bridge is partnered with a growing international manufacturer that is establishing a new operation in Concord, NC. As part of this expansion, we are searching for a Logistics Coordinator to help establish and manage domestic and international logistics for the new facility.

This is an opportunity to join a growing operation at an early stage and play an important role in developing the processes that support the movement of products into and throughout the U.S.

We're looking for someone who understands the details behind international and domestic transportation and can effectively coordinate with freight partners, suppliers, internal teams and customers to keep shipments moving.

• Coordinate domestic and international transportation and logistics activities.
• Plan and monitor inbound international shipments and domestic distribution.
• Work with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and other logistics partners.
• Coordinate customs clearance and help ensure shipments arrive accurately and on time.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and other required documentation.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and proactively address delays, exceptions and transportation issues.
• Coordinate with internal supply chain, warehouse, service and customer-facing teams to support inventory availability and customer deliveries.
• Monitor freight costs and review transportation-related invoices.
• Maintain accurate logistics, freight and customs records.
• Track logistics performance, including on-time delivery, freight costs, claims and shipment exceptions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to transportation, cost, service and compliance.

• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, import/export or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of international shipping and customs processes.
• Familiarity with import/export and international trade documentation.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders and/or customs brokers.
• Experience working with ERP or transportation/logistics systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly when transportation issues arise.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
• Manufacturing, industrial or distribution experience is a plus.
