We have an opportunity for an Associate - Office Leader to lead and grow a developing land development office. This role will oversee a small existing team, guide project delivery across residential, commercial, or industrial work, and manage office operations including hiring and P&L.
The job:- Oversee and grow an already established land development office consisting of a small team.
- Lead day‑to‑day operations while driving strategic expansion, supported by resources across the business.
- Spearhead the land development service offering in the local area with a focus on residential, commercial, or industrial.
- Oversee office‑level financial performance, including profit‑and‑loss management.
- Guide project delivery while launching, stabilizing, and scaling the Wilmington office.
- Approximate salary range of $225,000 - $275,000 with an annual bonus paid at Thanksgiving, based on office performance
- 401(k): 50% employer match up to 6%

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed PE
- 10+ years of experience
