Position: Associate – Office Leader (684)

We have an opportunity for an Associate - Office Leader to lead and grow a developing land development office. This role will oversee a small existing team, guide project delivery across residential, commercial, or industrial work, and manage office operations including hiring and P&L.

The job:
  • Oversee and grow an already established land development office consisting of a small team.
  • Lead day‑to‑day operations while driving strategic expansion, supported by resources across the business.
  • Spearhead the land development service offering in the local area with a focus on residential, commercial, or industrial.
  • Oversee office‑level financial performance, including profit‑and‑loss management.
  • Guide project delivery while launching, stabilizing, and scaling the Wilmington office.
Benefits
  • Approximate salary range of $225,000 - $275,000 with an annual bonus paid at Thanksgiving, based on office performance
