** Description of Work
** This position oversees and implements a division wide audit tracking process by analyzing audit findings, coordinating corrective actions plans and ensuring follow up actions are completed. Develops and implements a process for collecting, reviewing, and revising division monitoring plans to ensure compliance with applicable state policy and regulatory guidance. Develops, manages, and maintains records of subrecipients receiving federal and state funds including reports, risk assessments, and monitoring results to support compliance and risk management.
Establishes and oversees a framework for reviewing federal compliance requirements and assigning responsibility to staff to ensure accountability and proper implementation of internal controls. Coordinates, reviews, and submits annual compliance supplements for all program areas to ensure accuracy and alignment with current regulatory guidance.

** Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to develop complex spreadsheets, dashboards, and documents that support decision-making, analysis, and reporting.
* Thorough knowledge of financial management principles, federal grant compliance, and business operations, with the ability to apply these principles to diverse and complex programmatic situations.
* Thorough knowledge in interpreting Federal and State regulatory frameworks, including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), and integrating them into division processes and tools.
* Strong analytical and evaluative skills to gather, create, and interpret complex data from multiple sources and present actionable insights through well-organized written reports and oral presentations.
* Problem-solving skills and process improvement capabilities, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of innovative monitoring strategies, workflows, and tools in response to changes in legislation or best practices.
* Communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including program administrators, auditors, external partners, and executive leadership.
