Key Responsibilities
- Tub Loading at Filler: Unload pallets of syringe tubs. Place tubs onto the assembly line to support continuous filling operations. Inspect tubs for damage and verify labeling.
- Material Airlock (MAL) Transfers: Clean and prepare items per SOPs before transferring into classified areas. Follow aseptic techniques and documentation requirements. Use proper PPE and pass-through protocols.
- Classified Area Cleaning: Perform routine and deep cleaning of clean rooms and equipment. Use approved cleaning agents and follow validated procedures. Wear enhanced PPE and maintain detailed cleaning logs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable wearing full PPE and working in cleanroom environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
- Prior experience in GMP or cleanroom settings is a plus.
