Ascendum Machinery offers an excellent opportunity for a Parts Counter Representative with experience in heavy equipment, heavy trucks, or agricultural equipment. The position focuses on customer service, parts sales, and inventory management.

This role is classified as a non‑exempt employee under the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act.

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Parts sales to internal and external customers.
• Providing operational support for parts orders to service technicians.
• Placing parts orders accurately and timely.
• Receiving parts into inventory.
• Maintaining inventory controls according to company procedures.
• Ensuring the work area is clean and safely maintained.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• At least a two‑year degree or high school diploma.
• Foundation in heavy equipment, equipment components, or similar mechanical parts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of manufacturers' parts ordering procedures.
• Ability to expedite orders to meet customer needs.
