Schedule
: 2-2-3 Rotation

Day Shift
: 6 AM-6 PM |
Night Shift
: 6 PM-6 AM

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production line experience required.
  • Ability to stand for 12‑hour shifts in a production environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Job Duties
  • Operate and support paper slitting and packaging machines according to established procedures and training.
  • Provide coverage for paper slitting operators during breaks, absences, and schedule gaps.
  • Supply raw materials to machines and remove finished products for packaging and staging.
  • Assist with machine changeovers and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Perform data entry and maintain required production and quality documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including managing supplies and materials.
  • Cross‑train on multiple machines and support production needs as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
