Senior Principal Engineer (R4-R6) – Intralogistics Systems (SAP EWM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support intralogistics systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Implement and maintain SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems.
• Update EWM systems to align with production goals.
• Perform logistics flow monitoring, support transportation management, and conduct data analytics.
• Support integration of EWM solutions with warehouse control systems, automated storage and retrieval systems, automated guided vehicles, manufacturing execution systems, and robotic equipment.
• Develop and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Develop and quantify business cases to provide input on site roadmaps and measure value gained from solution implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience identifying and resolving technical issues related to WCS systems.
• Minimum 5 years experience with SAP PP, QM, MM, and 3PL integrations.
• Minimum 3 years building solutions in an agile framework (designing, implementing, automating, modernizing, maintaining, optimizing).
• Minimum 1 year delivering EWM solutions in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Up to 5% domestic and international travel required.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $ - $ per year.
