About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Bilingual Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. This position involves operating and adjusting screen-printing machinery used for printing on drinkware in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced with machine operation.
Responsibilities
- Machine Operation — Operate cup and drinkware printing machines safely and efficiently.
- Setup & Calibration — Set up, calibrate, and adjust screen-printing machines for various product styles.
- Quality Inspection — Inspect printed items to ensure imprints are clean, accurate, and free of defects.
- Organize and prepare screens for production.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling inks, solvents, thinners, acetone, and other chemicals.
- Stack and organize printed and unprinted items.
- Perform repetitive grasping, gripping, bending, stooping, and lifting as needed.
- Assist with general production tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of machine-operator experience in manufacturing or production.
- Stable work history with strong tenure in previous roles.
- Ability to use basic tools and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Environment Moderate noise level, exposure to moving mechanical parts, and repetitive physical activity. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
