Westlake Royal Building Products in Columbus, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee hourly production staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met on the 3rd shift (7:00pm–7:00am). This role provides hands-on leadership on the production floor and partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and HR.
Drive efficiency, coach operators, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
