As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes that improve productivity, reduce costs, and support a safe, high-quality production environment. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and production methods.
  • Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Support new product development by providing manufacturing expertise and process recommendations.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new equipment, tooling, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and engineering standards.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams on equipment installation and process implementation.
  • Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities to reduce labor, material, and manufacturing costs.
  • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and support implementation activities.
  • Develop, monitor, and report manufacturing KPIs to drive operational performance.
Position Requirements
  • sBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent manufacturing engineering experience)
  • .3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment
  • .Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • .Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • .Experience with CAD software and ERP systems
  • .Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and maintenance teams
  • .Excellent communication and project management skills
  • .Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus
  • .Experience in metals, specialty materials, or advanced manufacturing environments is highly preferred
