Marathon Staffing is seeking candidates for multiple temp-to-perm, Assembler positions available immediately in Salisbury NC!

This is a long-term, full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth. We are hiring immediately and encourage dependable, hard-working individuals to apply.

Please note - This position is in Salisbury NC. Team members must have reliable transportation.

Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Overtime opportunities available on Saturday

Starting at $16.00/hour Plus production

• MUST have prior experience with nail guns!!
• Prior experience with manufacturing
• Experience working with lumber
• Working knowledge of basic math and reading tape measures
• Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions.
• Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools and other equipment as required.
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Must have reliable transportation to SALISBURY, NC

• Completes work area setup
• Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and in accordance with quality standards
• Operates hand tools as required to complete the assembly process
• Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components finished product
• Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
• Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
• Maintains production records as required
• Checks materials and finished products to ensure they are compliant with standards
• Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Follow detailed instructions and work under supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
