Job Description Tool Crib Supervisor (SAP / Inventory Control / Manufacturing) - Winston-Salem, NC Area
Full-Time | $55K-$65K
I'm partnering with a confidential manufacturing organization to hire a Tool Crib Supervisor to lead day-to-day inventory and materials operations supporting production.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing supply room operations, inventory accuracy, and SAP transactions-critical to keeping production running without disruption.
What You'll Do- Supervise daily supply room operations (receiving, issuing, storage, labeling)
- Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Manage SAP transactions, bin locations, and material traceability
- Partner with Purchasing, Maintenance, and Production to prevent downtime
- Monitor open POs, shortages, and critical materials
, escalating risks - Train and coach team members on process execution and accountability
- Enforce safety, organization, and inventory control standards
- Experience in inventory, supply room, or warehouse leadership
- Strong knowledge of SAP or ERP systems (required)
- Background supporting manufacturing or production environments
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process discipline and accuracy
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple functions
- Key leadership role with direct impact on production and uptime

$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
