Sign Painter / Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Sign Painter / Production Specialist to join our custom sign manufacturing team. This role focuses on prepping, painting, and finishing high-density urethane (HDU) sign faces, along with supporting our overall sign production workflow. • Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Prep and paint HDU sign faces using HVLP spray guns, brushes, and specialized coatings.
• Match paint colors precisely to design specifications and client branding.
• Assist with additional sign production tasks, including vinyl graphic application.
• Maintain spray equipment, booth, and painting tools to ensure consistent quality and safety. [1]

• Experience: Proven experience prepping and painting in a sign shop, automotive, or industrial setting.
• Equipment Skill: Strong proficiency with HVLP spray guns and traditional brushwork techniques.
• Material Knowledge: Experience working with HDU, wood, metals, and standard sign industry paints/primers.
